We do not divide customers into big or small, important or not. There are no unimportant customers for us. Our main goal is to implement the orders and wishes of our customers, even the most demanding ones. A young, motivated and hard-working team of employees helps us achieve this goal, and, of course, modern equipment that meets all modern production technologies.
So how do we work with the customer? Firstly, we strive to become a customer’s partner and professional advisor. Qualified employees of our company, together with the customer, always find the most optimal solution in choosing the most suitable bending form or materials needed for production. We promise that we will be able to camber any of your dreams and ideas!
We will turn your drawings into reality!
Our CNC technical base provides us with all the possibilities to use the drawings supplied by the customer by transferring them directly to CNC. Thus, we can effortlessly manufacture a completely finished prototype based on the original sample conceived by the customer.
The total area of production buildings of our company is 5,700 m². At present, 6 five-axis BACCI software control machines operate on our premises, which can perform milling, drilling, sanding and milling of moulds.
We flexibly and promptly respond to the customer’s orders because we have 33 high-frequency and electric presses, which can glue up to 150 m³ of production during operation.
We adapt the materials to the individual needs of the customer, as well as according to the manufacturer, colours and structure. In addition to gluing, milling, sanding, and assembling operations, we perform other works according to individual customers’ wishes. These include upholstering with material, foam gluing, edge paraffining, and installation.
